white fireplace surround

stain removal marble surface-HELP!?
We have white marble surrounding the fireplace and a potted plant has remained on the surface leaving a brown water mark. I tried soap and water, rub smooth ceramic cleaner and Bon-Ami, no change in the spot …. HELP! Thanks, Helene
Try this stuff called grease lightening you can get it at Walmart in the island house cleaning work in a lot of things that my daughter had gotten a nosebleed just before we moved and just resently found a dirty rag was used to her in the trunk of our car i sprayed on it and that the bloodstain came to mind we moved 6 months ago.
