I want to keep back boiler in my 50s tiled coal fire, wish to replace with a Victorian cast iron. Possible?
Small victorian cottage with tiled fireplace which I wish to replace with Victorian cast iron and wooden mantle. Love the back boiler and wish to keep. Is this possible?
Yes, easy. Just be careful not to puncture the boiler when taking out the old fireplace, it will be copper about the size of a petrol can and lying on it’s side.
