Problem of the chimney again?

I bought a new selection style electric fireplace from Lowe's last week, which was obviously a refund or a screen. We put it together tonight and noticed there were a lot of screws to the left and a lot of holes in the back the chimney, but there was no way that came with it? I thought maybe it was not that wall is a fireplace, anyone else have the same stack or whether it should take a walk with her? If so, I must return. Thanks.!

Electric free standing fireplaces must have a copy of them. I've never seen one that did not. I bet it was a display model and the back has a hand somewhere.
