He bought a house … Does this count as accessories / accessories?

Hi there! My husband and I bought a house and have the keys on Friday. It seems that everything is in order, except for one thing. The previous owners were the bars of the two fireplaces! This makes them useless until we buy new grids. The description of the house said: Attractive contemporary fire surround. The insertion of hearth and granite / marble fireplace surround. Cast iron insertion polished granite heart Does this mean I can make the bars, or are the elements and accessories that will be left? We are thinking of mentioning our solictor, but do not want make a fuss if you take regular bars. Having said that these people took away everything that does not curl, including every bulb! Thank you very much.

Some people get very demanding of what they take with them when they sell their home. This is especially true if it was a short sale or foreclosure as people sometimes bitter lose your home. They take every little thing that can only be vindictive. Some even deliberately damaged a home in which to thank this was not the case. As for taking the bars to be legal, the answer is yes. There are general rules of what is supposed to be left behind which is "anything that is attached must be left "But some people do not follow this rule is not enforced. The only time things are done in this regard is the sellers to take something that was specifically stated in the documentation. As in, if you were in his papers that he wanted the all appliances to stay and then find the stove was missing, justifying a action as requested in the supply and purchase and sale of papers. The truth is that some people are stingy. Although the blinds, curtains and assume that any bars to the left during the sale of a house that many people have for whatever reason. I'ma bit surprised that it took every single light bulb, but if given the energy efficient than the previous years would have been a little more than they wanted to keep. However, bulbs should be replaced with more cheaper if that were the case. If the bars are expensive to replace (I guess they are not), then it's worth bringing to you a lawyer, but personally, I just passed. You have your house and do not complain about the damage they just did not expect to replace the bars and enjoy your new home! Congratulations! Brit
