How does Lopi wood fireplace insert?

We bought a house with a Lopi insert in the fireplace …. no instructions on how to use it? It is assumed that heat the room, however, only cold air is coming out? Help please.

LOPI! First, it is a great product – i installed one my father 2 years ago. I want the stoves. If you have never used a wood stove insert before, I get it checked out by a chimney sweep to ensure quality that all is well with the unit and its fireplace. and have everything clean.
