fucked by a fireplace shop in the purchase of a fire badly, what can I do now?

I bought a fire surround and gas fire in the store. Seller initially shown an electrical fire with an output of the flu. Installed gas fire has a hole and a draft fan comes when windy. Spiders out of here too. Strikes of soot on the carpet. The fan is very noisy cannot hear TV as before. EBay insists that all is well and will do nothing to resolve the problem. I have written to them many times and told them I now take legal action. Can anyone give me a course of action. There are other problems with the installation and the environment I paid over £ 2000.00 for. Too many to list. It is not easy to make a complaint.

Go to city councils of people and will advise in pursuing legal action. Do not let beat you. Good luck.
